Gil 2018/09/20

Hi there, I need some replacement spokes for my WM650C02 wheel set. Can you tell me the spoke specifications, or can I order them from you? Thanks,

LightBicycle 2018/09/21

Hi, Gil We've sent the spoke length details of your wheels to you by mail. Please check out your inbox. According to our record, your wheels were built with DT spokes. You can purchase from our International warehouse (China). If you want to purchase the spokes from our North American warehouse for shipping cost saving and faster delivery (consider you are in North American as well, you should know that we offer Sapim spokes on our North American warehouse. You can contact the North American team by mail. Mail address is support@us.lightbicycle.com thanks Lightbicycle

Hi LB, Can the wheelset 650BC02 run tubeless setup? Regards

LightBicycle 2017/12/16

Hello Nem, Yes, the WM650BC02 wheels are tubeless compatible. For tubeless, you can use the rim tape, sealant and tubeless tire. Then the rim can ride tubeless perfectly. Thanks, Lightbicycle

any of your rims tandem friendly?

Light-Bicycle 2016/02/09

Hello Eric, Thanks for your inquiry. What kind of riding will you use? May i know your weight please? Do you ride aggressively or not? Then i can check which 650B rim is better for you? Thanks, LightBicycle

O

Oliver 2017/03/16

150Kg total, not super aggressive XC

LightBicycle 2017/03/20

Hello Oliver, Sorry for the late reply. Because we didn't work during weekend. We have double checked with hubs agent, and they don't offer tandem hubs. Sorry for the inconvenience. Or you can buy the rims only and build the wheels at your local shop. Then you can get the hubs you like for wheels building. What do you think of this? Thanks, Lightbicycle

I have just used your system to build up a set I like. 650BC02. 15/100, 12/142, Shimano MTB 10/11s, Centre lock, 28,28,straight pull, Black DT Swiss 240s, Pillar, Aluminium Black, Matte, UD, white, valve stems, tape. Weighs 1357.16 grams and costs $925.00 Excellent, except I want a much higher engagement hub. Can you do this build but swap the DT swiss hubs for Industry Nine Torch Classic Hubs 120 point - 3 degree engagement - 6 pawl freehub? Please? I really hope so! Steve

LightBicycle 2017/03/06

Hello Steve, Thanks for your inquiry. DT hubs come standard with an 18t star ratchet but are upgradeable to 36 or 54t. There will be extra cost needed. For LB Global, only Hope and DT Swiss hubs are available, not I9 hubs. Does that work for you? For LB North America, we have I9 hubs for you. Thanks, Lightbicycle

I have 2016 Yeti SB5 27.5. mostly trail riding, few rock gardens. sram gx . I weigh 190 lbs. what wheels do you recommend? thx

LightBicycle 2017/02/13

Hello John, Thanks for your inquiry. According to your details, we’d like to recommend the 34mm wide 650B asymmetric wheels. It is much wider and strong enough for your riding. For hubs, do you like DT 240S/ 350 or Hope hubs for wheels? Then we can quote accordingly. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Rick 2016/10/17

Hi, I have a Santa Cruz 5010. I like to upgrade my Stan's Arch wheelset to your carbon rims. I ride all mountain. I need a light wheelset that can withstand jumps about 4-5 feet high and rock gardens. However, I want to make it as light as possible because I do a lot of climbing from 3,000-5,000 feet each ride. I weigh 165 pounds. Please advise on model.

Light-Bicycle 2016/10/18

Hello Rick, Thanks for your inquiry. According to your details, we’d like to recommend 35mm wide 650B wheels. It is much wider, stronger, and durable for rock gardens riding or long climbing riding. Thanks, Light-bicycle

Mike 2016/04/24

Hi team, looking at a 650b lightweight wheelset for my cross country hardtail, lightweight rider that is not hard on gear. What would you recommend? Also are you able to build with Chris King hubs or DT240s? Cheers Mike

Light-Bicycle 2016/04/25

Hi Mike, If you use the wheels for XC riding only, I recommend you 27mm wide 650b rim(RM650BC09) and the weight is 320 /-15g only. https://www.lightbicycle.com/XC-650B-mountain-bike-hookless-27mm-wide-cross-country-rim-tubeless-compatible.html It's OK to build the wheels with Chris King hubs or DT 240s hubs. Could you please fill out this form? Then I will make the price quotation and tell the wheels weight accordingly. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Dan 2016/04/05

Hi, I have a 2015 Pivot Mach 6 with 27.5 wheels (DT 275 370S Spline X392) I am about 82kg and ride various trails, but no downhill. I am looking for a lighter, stiffer wheelset ready to go. I want discrete colours and no/limited decals. What do you suggest?

Light-Bicycle 2016/04/05

Hello Dan, Thanks for your inquiry. May i know the tire size that you will use? Do you ride aggressively or gently? We can check which rims are better for you. For decal, do you like you like rims without any graphic? Thanks, Lightbicycle

D

Dan 2016/04/05

My wheels are 650b. Mid-range riding not too aggresive. Prefer no decals but this is not too important.

Light-Bicycle 2016/04/07

Hello Dan, Thank you for your reply. It will be great if you can reply us through email. May i know the tire size that you will use? Thanks, Lightbicycle

40PSI seems really high, is this accurate? I weigh 120 and currently run 25 max. I

Light-Bicycle 2016/03/01

Hello Megan, Thanks for your inquiry. 40psi is the max tire pressure. But our recommend tire pressure is 20-30psi. Do you like 30mm wide 650B wheels? If so, we can build it with Novatec/ Hope/ DT Swiss hubs. Most of our customers choose the Hope and DT Swiss which are with better quality. Thanks, Lightbicycle
