Because there is no braking surface on our 650b rims. It is for mtb riding. Is that ok for you? We have 23mm and 25mm wide 700C road rims if you like. Also another question, what's the difference between the to options of bottom bracket. I want the bsa 68mm english thread, but I don't know which is the option that matches it (BB86 or PF30).
