Sapim Race – Our strongest and stiffest spoke. These spokes are suitable for heavy or extremely aggressive riders who need a stiffer wheel.
Sapim CX-Ray – The lightest spoke in our lineup is still quite strong due to the elasticity and amazing fatigue life.
DT Competition Race - All Mountain and XC spoke used by the Chinese location as a substitue for the D-Light (depending on availability)
Pillar PSR X-TRA 1420 - An inexpensive bladed spoke, great for road and cyclocross riding.
Pillar Wing 20 - Pillar patented highest level of aerodynamic bladed spoke reducing potential weak spots and twisting during tensioning. Currently, they are offered in oil slick color only with increased wear and corrosion resistance.
Sapim CX Sprint-Rear drive side/ CX Ray-Other sides - This customized combo increases the rear drive side power transmition efficiency significantly while grabs superior light-weight and aero performance.
Oil slick J-bend - They are made by a qualified manufacturer in Taiwan with custom design by Light Bicycle. They are J-bend only so do not order these spokes for SP hubs you configured in the previous step.
LB Thrust-4 Carbon - The Thrust-4 Carbon spokes are designed to boost high tensile strength. The 4mm all-road profile ensures great crosswind stability.
Berd PolyLight >> - It is constructed from an advanced polymer called ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and are widely considered to be the lightest bicycle spoke option in the world.

Hook is for road riders who value aerodynamic gains and mostly ride on smoother roads. If you plan to run high pressure, then a hooked/clincher rim is a safe bet.

Hookless is for those who are running wider tires, lower pressures, or are riding on rougher roads. You will benefit from a more comfortable ride due to the higher volume and increased impact protection. Gravel riders and cyclocross riders are often in this situation.

Our Recon Pro and Falcon Pro rims feature BlackTek and come out of molds as a completed product, with a scratch resistant and near flawless finish, eliminating the need for coating or painting. We name this kind of superior finish the paintless.

Full Custom: This option offers custom finish such as Satin/Raw etc at no extra charge but subject to rim models with 3~5 days LONGER on manufacture. Center Channel Hole This is a required option.

With Access Holes: This is the traditional method. Spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel to allow the nipples to easily be fed through the rim. Tubeless tape is required to seal the rim.

No Access Holes: No spoke access holes are drilled in the center channel. Feeding the nipples through the rim is more challenging, but it allows for a tubeless setup without the need for tape. This kind of system is known as "road tubeless" and was made popular by Mavic. Some companies still refer to it as "UST style", however, UST is actually a specific interface between the tire and rim which was developed by a partnership between Mavic, Michelin, and Hutchinson.

Currently, rims with 'No Access Holes' do not work with our carbon spokes.

Drain Hole This is a required option.

The two small drain holes located 90° to the valve hole effectively help evacuate both the water trapped inside the rim and the air leaking into the rim chamber caused by nonperfect tubeless tape sealing handwork that may risk rim explosure in an aggressive tire inflating.

It is the small reinforced layer prelaminated on the area where the drain hole is drilled later that makes the rim strength fairly ensured without any compromise of weight added.

Riders who ride in wet areas are suggested to order rims with drain holes.

The Airia 47/55 combo pairs a wider, shallower 47mm front with a narrower, deeper 55mm rear, delivering an ideal blend of stability and aerodynamic performance. The 25/31.5mm front rim improves traction and handling in crosswinds, while the 23.5/30mm rear rim enhances power transfer and reduces drag. This configuration is built for riders who want race-day responsiveness without sacrificing front-end confidence. Optimized for 28C and 30C tires, and available in 24H (steel) and 20H (carbon) spoke versions. Both the Airia 47 and 55 are also available as complete wheelsets. Customize your Airia setup today.

Airia 47 disc (F) & Airia 55 disc (R) - Hi, is the max rider weight the naked rider without his bike or all included, bike and clothes? I'm am a 81kg nude weight rider, so is the flyweight good for me? Or is it possible to build some pair with a flyweight on the front and a standard in the back for more safety, like the offered standard front and heavy duty rear but with some less weight?
