Is also aviable with hub: DT240S, Boost, 28H, 6-bolt, straigt pull, Sram XD What does it weight and coast? cheers ron

LightBicycle 2020/04/29

Hi Ron, Yes, the DT 240s boost hubs that you want are available. We do have straight pull, 6-bolt, DT SWISS 240s, 15/110mm boost, 12/148mm boost in stock. The 29er wheelset cost would be USD956.8/pair built with RM29C07 (35mm wide) and DT 240s BOOST hubs, Sapim CX-Ray spokes. The estimated weight would be 1485g+/-5. Thanks, Lightbicycle

I don't understand your site. You show wheelsets, but only talk about the rims. Do you sell wheelsets or not? If so, do they have boost or not on the 29er sets? Thank you

LightBicycle 2019/05/16

Hi Forrest, You have to click " global". Then you can see more hubs and spokes option. Because we offer quite a few hubs/spokes option for wheelset. So, it is hard to show on the first page. Sorry for the confusion. When you click " global" , you can see boost hubs for this 29er wheeelset. Thanks, Lightbicycle

Valdemar 2018/04/12

Good evening. I would like to buy a pair of wheels with the 29C07 rims with a 350 boost hubs. I would like to know how much the shipping costs to Portugal. Is there any additional tax to pay? Many thanks. Valdemar Coelho

LightBicycle 2018/04/13

Hi Valdemar, The shipping cost for one wheelset to Portugal is USD97.2 by EMS. The cost is not including the import customs tax. But we can lower the declared value of the wheelset so you can pay less tax Will this work for you? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Brett 2016/11/19

Hi, Can you get the German Tune King and Kong hubs and if so what would the cost be ? Cheers

LightBicycle 2016/11/21

Hello Brett, Thanks for your inquiry. Currently, only Hope pro4 and DT Swiss hubs are available, not German Tune King or Kong hubs. Sorry about that. Or you can order the rims only and build the wheels at your local shop, then you are able to get the wheels with the hubs you like, does that work for you? Thanks, Lightbicycle

Soren 2016/09/04

Hi - I have a very light rigid 29r with v-brakes, which I race at a serious level. Question: Do you have any wide hooked or hookless 29r rims that can be customized to withstand brake pads on their side walls? I know this a very uncommon setup, but I would go far to upgrade this great rigid to wide rims. (Unfortunately, there is no way my fork can be upgraded to discs.). How about your 29C07? They seem to have a flat wall area...Thanks! Soren

Light-Bicycle 2016/09/05

Hello Soren, Thanks for your inquiry. For 29er rim, it is mtb rim and for disc brake only. The braking surface requires the rim’s straightness, and the RM29C07 is not straight enough to brake. So, only the road rim is able to be manufacture the braking surface. If you like the rim with brake tracks, then go with our U shape road rims. Our current rims are with special material and New high TG resin, it will provide better braking surface performance than basalt braking surface. Does that work for you? Rims profile of some U shape road rims for your reference. Thanks, Light-bicycle

Robin 2016/05/24

Hi - a few questions: - Does the DT Swiss 240s hub option use straight pull spokes? - Do you offer a 28H front wheel option? - Can the front wheel have radial lacing on the non-braking side? - Also does your price include shipping? (in my case to the UK) thanks!

Light-Bicycle 2016/05/25

Hello Robin, Thanks for your inquiry. -Currently, all of DT Swiss hubs we stock are J-bend version, so we will use J-bend spokes. -Yes, we can build the front wheel with DT 240S J-bend center lock hub (28H). Is that front 15mm TA? -The front wheel can be built in radial lacing on non-drive side. However, our builder doesn’t recommend the radial lacing as it puts extreme force on the flanges which may break off easily. 2 cross or 3 cross lacing patterns are what we recommend. -Our price doesn’t include shipping. Thanks, Light-bicycle

DH 2015/12/01

I don't see the price with DT Swiss 240s hubs. How much more is that compared to the Hope hubs?

Light-Bicycle 2015/12/02

Hello Dalton, Thanks for your inquiry. Please find our quotations as below. -Wheelset price (with 35mm wide rims, Hope hubs): USD833/pair -Wheelset price (with 35mm wide rims, DT 240S hubs): USD957/pair Currently, we also have wider 38mm wide 29er rim. It is much wider and stronger. Would you like to have a try? Please find attached rim profile. Rim weave in 3k matte & UD matte are more popular. Which do you prefer Thanks, Light-bicycle

R

Rich 2015/12/26
